David Danaher is a highly accomplished engineer with in-depth experience performing investigations that determine the root causes of accidents and mechanical failures involving motor vehicles, heavy equipment, and major mechanical systems.
During his career, Mr. Danaher has investigated hundreds of accidents involving vehicle dynamics, occupant kinematics, safety, human factors, visibility, and analyzed heavy equipment such as skid loaders, motor graders, oil drilling equipment, off road/on road fork lifts, loaders and other mechanical systems for safety and maintenance related issues. He is a well-known contributor to the industry in peer-reviewed publications and has presented at conferences and seminars on a range of topics.

Mr. Danaher has been qualified as an expert witness with extensive deposition and courtroom expertise.

Mr. Danaher has hands-on investigative experience including inspections of many different types of commercial and passenger vehicles, as well as in analysis of: Vehicle speeds, Crush energy, Braking systems, ECM and ACM data recorders, Motorcycle braking and performance, Mechanical systems.
Mr. Danaher has been featured several times on local and national television networks, including NBC, MSNBC, and CBS.
